Transmac To Make Bootable Usb For Mac

The disaster fell and I was not prepared. My macbook pro with retina (late 2015) doesn't boot showing me the prohibited sign instead of the apple logo. I don't have a recovery partition and I can't use internet recovery because my internet connection is very slow. I can't borrow a mac because nearly no one uses a mac in my region and I only have a windows machine. So, I want to know if there is a way to make a bootable usb stick for mac using my pc.

May 20, 2015 Trans Mac is a Windows application that can be used to restore dmg files and create Mac bootable USB disk. When the Internet recovery is stuck and fails to download the OS files, you could use Windows to make a bootable macOS USB installer. Out of the two or three software for handling macOS installer dmg in Windows, Transmac is the best one.

What I've tried :
Transmac : Didn't work for me, the usb didn't show when pressing option on start up. I think the reason is because transmac doesn't use GPT partioning mode. I formated my usb using transmac, it formated it to mac os x extended and MBR, not GPT. How do I know ? I verified it using the command 'diskpart' in command prompt. Also when I use diskpart to convert from MBR to GPT and the use transmac, it reconverts to MBR. The commands I used are as follows:
'diskpart'
'select disk'

'clean'

'convert gpt'

'create partition primary' (here when I tried 'create partition primary id=af ' to create HFS partition it doesn't work in GPT but works in MBR)

Of course my assemption is that I need the usb to be formatted as Mac os x extended (journaled) in GPT.

Transmac mac os

But I can't get the two at the same time, disk utility does this in El Capitan.

I also tried poweriso, didn't work. Probably the same reason. (I am only a noob without clear understanding)
